Please download and print as many forms as needed. Included in the packet are the following items:
- AWE Information for Mission Trips: Printer Friendly document to provide Mission Team Leaders a few extra details regarding scholarship disbursement, student selection and sponsor recruitment.
- Family Contact Form: Missioners can use this form to provide potential scholarship recipients’ contact details to AWE Program Coordinator.
- Sponsor Information & FAQ’s: Printer friendly document to be used as a handout for people seeking to know more about partnering with a students’ educational needs.
